Got Leftovers?
If you have leftover turkey, stuffing, etc, here's a soup to die for!!! Thank you Tricia!!
Cream sauce: 5 Tablespoons butter
5 Tablespoons flour
Mix together real slow on low heat til creamy. Remove from heat.
Add 12 Oz. Evaporate milk. Pour in slow, stirring to make creamy. Simmer til boil, boil 1 minute.
Add small carton of heavy whipping cream, and 1/2 carton of half and half.
2-3 tsp of Bell's Seasonings. If you don't have that, it's a mix of Sage, rosemary, oregano, ginger,
ginger, marjoram, thyme and pepper..
4-5 Chicken bullion cubes.
Add turkey or chicken, leftover stuffing and gravy if you have any left!!
1/2 bag frozen peas
Simmer 20-30 minutes, and you have soup!!! Serve with garlic bread.
